Individual Therapy

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Life has a way of presenting us with challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—from ourselves, our relationships, or what truly matters. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, burnout, or a general sense of unease, therapy offers a space to slow down, take a breath, and explore what’s going on with a compassionate and trained guide by your side.

This is your space to come as you are.

I offer one-on-one psychotherapy for adults seeking support, insight, healing, and growth. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and deeply human. I draw from evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed approaches. I commit to continuous training in culturally sensitive therapy. Together, we’ll work to build psychological flexibility—the ability to stay present, even in discomfort, and take action in the direction of what really matters to you.

You’ll find no pressure here, just space to show up with whatever you’re carrying. Sessions are shaped around your needs, your pace, and your goals. Whether you’re looking to heal past wounds, navigate a transition, improve your mental health, or reconnect with yourself, I’m here to help you move forward with greater ease and self-trust.

Where and how we work together

I offer individual therapy online for clients located in California and Ireland. You can access therapy from the comfort of your own space—no long commutes or added stress.

For those seeking deeper work, I also offer Therapy Intensives—4 day retreats in the peaceful West of Ireland—designed to support meaningful shifts in awareness and behaviour, helping you move more effectively toward the life you want to live.

For more detailed description of how I work, read my About page. Information about fees, insurance, payment are here.

Ready to explore what’s possible?

I believe that therapy is most effective when there’s a strong, genuine connection between therapist and client. That’s why I offer a free 30 minute video conference consultation—a chance for us to connect, talk about what you’re hoping for, and see if we’re a good fit.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be willing to begin.
